Gloria Jean Draper, 66, a resident of Sultan, WA passed away November 25, 2013. She was born July 21, 1947 in Snohomish, WA. Gloria enjoyed Nascar racing and was loved by family and friends. She is survived by her two sons, Todd Draper and Troy Draper; her grandchildren, Dylan, Tyler and Kali Draper; and one great grandchild, Isabelle Draper.
