Pamela Ann Scott was received into the hands of our Lord on June 20, 2013 and was welcomed with love by her proud parents, Ivan and Ann Kollasch. She is survived by her loving husband Michael, son John Dinubilo and wife Christa, grandchildren Sophia and Noah, sister Nancy Kollasch Combs, brother David Kollasch, and many caring family members. She also leaves behind many close friends whose lives she touched in very special ways. Pamela attended high school and college in Arizona and graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. She retired from banking and teaching to take up quilting, scrapbooking, gardening, and many other activities. In the last months of her time on Earth, she fulfilled a lifelong goal and wrote a book, “One Foot in Heaven” which continues to touch everyone who reads it. She was an active member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Snohomish and was a ministry to God, her church, her family and her many friends. Her Faith was strong, inspiring and enduring. She will be greatly missed by all.
A Rosary will be said at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 1512 Pine Ave. in Snohomish, WA on Thursday, June 27, at 6:00 PM and services will be conducted at St. Michael’s on Friday, June 28 at 11AM. Pamela will be laid to rest at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Mesa, AZ.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be provided to the American Cancer Society in memory of Pamela Scott and that they be designated for breast cancer.
