Patricia was born on July 18, 1935, in Toledo, Washington to Jesse and Stella Lowe. She graduated from Toledo High School in 1953 where she was involved in many clubs, and in 1952 she was the Southwest Washington Fair Princess. During those years she worked at the local soda fountain, where a year later she met the love of her life.
On March 12, 1954, after a short courtship, Patricia married Jack Bibeau of Redondo Beach, California. They lived a short time in California where Patrica worked as a telephone operator and became a new mother. Later they moved back to Washington and lived in Anacortes where they had two more children. Patricia worked primarily as a homemaker for many years until after they moved to Snohomish and eventually to their final home in Robinhood Park.
Patricia was a very talented woman creating the most beautiful sewing, needle work, painting, upholstery, and crafting projects. She made prom dresses, wedding dresses and the most beautiful, hand-crafted Christmas stockings for each of her family. She was a hard worker and always kept a beautiful home and was a fabulous cook.
She loved music, camping, fishing, the ocean, and dancing.
Anything she had a mind to do; she would find a way. After Patricia and Jack retired, they were able to hit the road and travel. Some of those trips would be with their restored 1934 Ford pick-up attending car shows.
After her beloved Jack passed an opportunity came for her to sell their home. She embraced this opportunity and moved into her travel trailer and lived on the road for a few years until she finally settled in Centralia WA. After a few years there she moved up to be near her children in Marysville, where she lived out her final years. Her last 6 years were in assisted living. The last being at The Gardens. The staff enjoyed Patricia and were truly heartbroken by her passing. Her children are so grateful for the love and care she received under their care.
Patricia was full of adventure and as she hit milestones in her life, she set out to fulfill them. At 60 she rode in a hot air balloon, at 70 she jumped out of a perfectly good airplane, at 81 she went on a zipline adventure with her kids. She was so fun and always the life of the party.
Patricia was the youngest of 8 children, she is survived by her sister Bummy Yantis. She leaves her daughters Rene, Annette and Danielle along with their surviving spouses. She leaves her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack and her son Marc.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 11:00-2:00 at the Grand Army of the Republic cemetery at 8601 Riverview Rd, Snohomish, WA. In lieu of flowers we encourage you to consider supporting an Alzheimer prevention organization.
Patricia was a wonderful daughter, sister, friend, mother to all who knew her. She inspired so many and lit up a room with her presence. She will be sorely missed; may you rest in eternal peace mamma.
