

March 15, 1959-April 12, 2015 Terry Scott Underberg, 56, of Snohomish, Wash. went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, April 12, 2015 after a short battle with cancer. He was born in Wisconsin on March 15, 1959 to Elizabeth M. (Romser) and Robert L. Underberg. Terry was a graduate of Lakeland College (1981), Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary (1985) and Chicago Theological Seminary (1997). As Terry lived his life, he chose to demonstrate faith, compassion, and care for others. In his early career he worked at a private Pawskee, Wisconsin mental health facility, Lakefront Wellness Center. A gifted musician and vocalist, Terry served as organist, and Minister of Music and Education at Albright United Methodist Church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, then, as organist/ pianist at Snohomish United Methodist Church. Terry was creatively gifted. He was known for his sense of humor, quizzical smile, artistic flair, joyful cooking, and his love of the Green Bay Packers. Most importantly, Terry was known to so many as a very good friend. Terry is survived by his brother Jeff Underberg; by many loved ones in his extended family; by his beloved church family; and many friends. As per Terry's request, a Remembrance of Life will be offered at Snohomish United Methodist Church, 2400 Lake Drive, Snohomish, Washington at the conclusion of 10:00 a.m. worship service on Sunday, April 19, 2015. This will be followed by a celebration of his life at 11:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
