Jerome A. Siegler, 73, of Camillus, passed away Wednesday October 26th at Upstate University Hospital. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Hicksville, he has lived is Syracuse the past 19 years. He was a materials manager for Quantronix Corporation of Long Island for over 30 years. Upon moving to Syracuse, he worked as an advisor for American Express for 10 years. He was a communicant and usher at St. Ann’s Church in Syracuse, a 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus and served with the National Guard. Mr. Siegler enjoyed annually working on his Dicken’s Christmas Village at his home.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, the former Virginia Parker, 3 daughters; Evelyn (Troy) Lott, of Syracuse, Carolyn (Robert) Longley, of Bohemia and Jennifer (Michael) Ferer, of E. Islip, LI, 2 sons, Anthony, of Bohemia and Mark (Lisa), of Erie, PA, 1 sister-in-law; Judith Lang, of Lake Ronkonkoma, LI, 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Calling hours are from 5 to 7 pm Friday October 28th at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, 2601 Milton Ave., and 9 to 10:45 am Saturday at St. Ann’s Church, 4471 Onondaga Blvd. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am Saturday at St. Ann’s Church. Private burial will be Monday in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Oneonta.
