Joyce Robbins, 69, passed away Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in Brownville, she worked in both maintenance and as a ticket booth operator at The Galleries, downtown Syracuse for many years.
Surviving are 4 children, Johnna Leiter, of Ocala, FL, Jacqueline Potter, of Oswegatchie, Rebecca Robbins, of Syracuse and Kenneth E. Robbins, of Ocala, FL, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Services were private. There were no calling hours.
