Maria C. DePina

Mary was the beloved wife of the late Jose DePina, and the devoted mother of Deborah Pereira, Joseph DePina and his wife Linda, and the late Manuel DePina.

She was a cherished grandmother to Crystal Macedo and her husband Jason, Keith Pereira, Nicholas DePina and his wife Rachel, Kelly Silva and her husband Cameron, and Melissa Raposo. A loving great-grandmother to Hayley and Jarrid Macedo, Dayton and Alivia Pereira, Aubree Silva, Nicholas DePina Jr., Colt Silva, and Kyle and Rylee Raposo. She was pre-deceased by her brother, Henrique Ferreira, and is also survived by many cousins.

Mary was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Dartmouth. She was deeply loved by all who knew her, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whom she cherished beyond measure. She found joy in gardening, baking, cooking, and crocheting, and poured love into everything she did. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Funeral will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 9:00AM from WARING-SULLIVAN HOME AT DARTMOUTH, 230 Russells Mills Rd., followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM at St. Mary’s Church, 795 Dartmouth St. Dartmouth.
