Carol A. Rowe

Carol Rowe of Dennis, formerly of Hopedale passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on October 7, 2019. She was born on November 23, 1938 in Woonsocket, RI to the late Livio and Elizabeth (Haynes) Valati. She was the beloved wife of Bradley Rowe for over 60 years; Loving mother of Linda Rowe and her partner Doug and Kimberly Campos and her husband Tony and cherished grandmother of Kate Campos.

Fondly remembered by her inseparable sister Nancy and brother-in-law Dennis; she will be missed by her niece Lisa and her husband Bob and daughter Alyssa; her nephew Cliff and his son Luke and many close cousins and friends.

Carol graduated from Bellingham High School and began her career as a telephone operator at New England Tel & Tel in Milford, MA. She was a stay at home mom until Linda & Kim were in school and then she worked as a teacher’s aide at their schools. She also worked for many years at several gift shops –including the Mendon Gift Barn in Mendon and once she moved to the Cape full time at Special Occasions in Dennis.

ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours are Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 10 am to 11:30 at Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home in Dennis, concluding with a funeral home service at 12:00 noon.
