Dennis W. Duffy

May 26, 2013 after a courageous two year battle with cancer.

Dennis was born in Cambridge, MA on November 30, 1943. He was son of

Cornelius W. Duffy and Elizabeth (Romano) Duffy. He leaves his devoted

wife of twenty-nine years, Ida (Krekoukias) Duffy.

He graduated from Don Bosco Technical High School in 1961 and was

employed for thirty seven years at MIT Graphic Arts, Cambridge, MA.

After retirement in 1999, he and his wife moved to Dennisport, MA.

Dennis enjoyed his life on Cape Cod including golf, various social

activities and spending quality time with family and friends. He

brought humor and joy to all who knew him. During his retirement, he

worked at the Dennis Pines Golf Course.

He is survived by his children, Michael Duffy and Susan Cannon both of

Quincy, MA; His brother, Ken Duffy of Athol, MA; Grandchildren, James

and Robert Cannon of Quincy. Also, step-children, Lisa D. David of

Chelmsford, Chris Demopoulos of Somerville, Len Demopoulos of

Fitchburg, and Michael Demopoulos of Chelsea. Step grandchildren,

Leigha and Emily Belanus both of New Hampshire and Christopher

Demopoulos of Fitchburg.
