She was the wife of the late Edward F. Walsh and the daughter of Margaret and William Jarvis. Dorothy was one of 13 children growing up on their Walpole farm.
She is survived by her 5 children, Dorothy (Smith) Fairchild of Plainville, MA, Kevin Walsh and wife Toby of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, Stephen Walsh and wife Jackie of Ashburnham, MA, Susan Carberry of Orleans, MA and Linda Price of Hyannis, MA. She is also survived by her sister, Sister Mary William of Framingham, MA, 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be held Monday, March 9th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home in South Dennis. A private burial will be held March 10th at the National Cemetery in Bourne, MA.
