She is survived by her three children, Betsy of Yarmouth Port, Robert Jr. of Colrain, MA and Sarah of South Yarmouth. Lovingly known as “Mamie” she is also survived by her six grandchildren Brandon, Katherine and Jordan (Sweeney) and Emily, Elizabeth and Quentin (Antoine), five great-grandchildren and extended family.

Her family requests to please remember Mamie with a smile. She lived a wonderful life with a family who loved her and a host of friends. A special thank you to the First Congregational Church Pastor and committee members who dedicated time and support to her in recent years. Her family also thanks the nursing staff who has taken great efforts in ensuring her a comfortable time while in their care. They would also like to express their gratitude to the “old guard” at Doane, Beal, and Ames for their care and compassion during this time.

A private graveside service will be held at Woodside Cemetery. When in the area, please make sure to “toot and wave” as Mary requested. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary’s name to the First Congregational Church of Yarmouth “Carpet Fund” 329 Route 6A, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675.
