Born to Ida (Remillard) and Alfred (Freddie) Vincent, in Whitinsville, Massachusetts, Paul is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Cecile (Precourt); his daughters, Beth Vincent (Alicia Reilly), Lisa (Richard) Fushia, and Laura (Jamal) Massengale; grandchildren, Christopher Pratt, Matthew Fushia, Nathaniel Fushia, Jessica Massengale, and Alexandra Massengale; his brother, Leo (Paula) Vincent; his brother-in-law, Eugene Nicalek; and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sister Marie Nicalek.
Paul grew up in Grafton, MA; attended high school in Cassadaga, NY; served his country in VietNam (US Army); and graduated from UMass-Amherst with a degree in Accounting.
After a distinguished business career, Paul retired in 2008 and moved to Cape Cod full-time. Since then, he and his wife have spent winters in Florida, enjoyed traveling abroad, and he loved being “Papa” to their five grandchildren!
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, 11/20/23 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Doane, Beal & Ames (729 Mass 134, South Dennis, MA 02660)
On Tuesday, 11/21/23, gather for the processional at Doane, Beal & Ames between 9:30-10:30 AM; funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM at Saint Pius the Tenth Catholic Church (5 Barbara Street, South Yarmouth, MA 02664).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made in Paul’s name to the VNA Association of Cape Cod Hospice (P.O. Box 370, Hyannis MA 02601), Cape Cod Alzheimer’s Family Support Center (2095 Main Street, Brewster MA 02631), or the Family Pantry of Cape Cod (George P. Morris Building, 133 Queen Anne Road, Harwich MA 02645).
