David D. Buszka

Major, USAF, Retired, Passed away August 13, 2011 at the age of 76 years. Beloved husband of Ruth for 49 years. Loving father of Rene (Mike) Freyer, the late Airman Andrew Buszka, Ken Buszka, and Tim Buszka. Proud grandfather of Andrea, Amber, Aaron, Alyssa Freyer, and Jakob Buszka. Dear brother of William (Alice) Buszka, the late John (June) Buszka, and Jeanette (the late Joe) Vander Kooy. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service Wednesday, August 17, at 7:00PM at the funeral home chapel. Visitation on Wednesday from 4:00PM until time of services. Interment Thursday 11:00AM at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. 3800 E. College Ave. Cudahy. Please meet at the College Ave. entrance.

David served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict having attained the rank of Major. He was also a member of the 440th in Milwaukee and a Base Commander at O'Hare in Chicago. He retired after 43 years of service.
