Edith M. Flinchbaugh, age 85, died on Friday, December 27, 2013.

Loving mother to Linda McKimmey (John), Kurt Flinchbaugh (Maryellen), Sherri Stearns (Joe). Grandmother of Jennifer, Sarah, Kurt, Erika, Tim, Kelsey and Heather. Great-grandmother of Tristan, Katelyn and Brayden. Sister-in-law to Marie Ashton and Carolyn Noll.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Flinchbaugh; one son, Robert Bruce Flinchbaugh and by a brother, Robert Ashton.

Mrs. Finchbaugh was a member of the Southampton Slipper Club and the Order of the Eastern Star. She worked as a secretary for an engineering firm. She was a devoted housewife for over 60 years. She loved being with her grandchildren and knitting with the Knitting Club at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church making Prayer Shawls.

Relatives and friends are invited to call Saturday, January 4, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Street and Churchville Roads, Southampton, PA 18966 followed by her memorial service at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the above named church or a charity of your choice.
