Margaret McLaughlin Young

Margaret M Young died on Tuesday, Mayl 10, 2016 at Saint Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. She was 96 years of age. Born in Carnforth, Lancashire County England, she was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth McLaughlin Cottam. Margaret had been a Feasterville resident for the past 63 years.

Mrs. Young was a retired school secretary. She had worked at the Bucks County Technical High School in Bristol, the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology in Jamison, and at Counsel Rock High School.

Mrs. Young was a member of the Davisville Church. She was one of the founders of the Prime Timers Senior Citizens Group at the church.

Margaret was an avid reader. She enjoyed gardening, word puzzles, and traveling.

Margaret was the beloved wife Frank W. Young for 73 years before his death in 2014. She was the devoted mother of Darlyne Saldan (the late Alex) of Jamison. She was the loving grandmother of Melissa Schneider of Warminster and Scott and his wife Kate Saldan of Jamison; great grandmother of Xander and Skylar Schneider and Shelby, Sean, and Shane Saldan.

Relatives and friends are invited her Memorial Service 11 AM on Wednesday, May 18th at the Wm. Rowen Grant Funeral Home, Street Road & 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA. Friends may call from 10:30 AM until the time of service
