

Nancy Schuck (nee Juppenlatz) died on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at Holy Redeemer Hospice in Meadowbrook, PA. Born in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Ethyl May (Howcrouft) and John William Juppenlatz. She was 76 years of age. Nancy had lived at Ann’s Choice in Warminster for the past 2 years; she had previously lived in Flower’s Mill in Langhorne, and had been a long time resident of Feasterville.
Mrs. Schuck was a graduate of Lebanon High School class of 1953 and Beaver College class of 1957. She received her Masters Degree in Education from Temple University in 1960 and was an art teacher for several years. Later in life Mrs. Schuck was a property manager for 15 years.
Nancy was a member of Feasterville Community Reformed Church where she served as an Elder, a Deacon, and as a member of the Mission Choir. Nancy was a Cub Scout leader for Pack 78 as well as a Brownie leader. She was active in the PTO for Neshaminy School District for many years, and while a resident of Flower’s Mill she directed the activities of the Solo Club for a number of years.
Nancy developed many deep, life-long friendships. She made friends easily and remained close with many of them. She often arranged activities for family and friends to ensure people got together. She was an artist and enjoyed ceramics. Her passions were art and playing bridge. Every Tuesday she would get together with the “Bridge” ladies.
Nancy was the beloved wife of Frank L. Schuck for 14 years before his death in 2001. She was the devoted mother of Scott (Kimberly) Birk of Langhorne, PA, Randal Birk of Watertown, NY, Thomas (Joyce) Birk of Croghan, NY, and the late Audrey (Birk) Kempf Frankowski who is survived by her husband Francis Frankowski of Philadelphia, PA. Nancy was a loving grandmother to Kenneth and John Birk, Andrew, Joseph, and Catherine Kempf, Aila, Elise, and Ian Birk, and Emilia Frankowski. She was the sister to the late Jack Juppenlatz who is survived by his wife Jane of Lebanon, PA, and Janice (Morris) Meyer of Dublin, OH, Richard (Gail) Juppenlatz of Georgetown, Washington DC, and Neil (Alice) Juppenlatz of Portland, OR.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 from 9:30 to 11:00AM at the Feasterville Community Reformed Church, 15 West Street Road, Feasterville, PA 19053. A memorial service will follow at 11:00AM. The interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace cemetery.
