Born April 3, 1959 in North Wilkesboro, NC to the late Jackie Hayes and Phyllis Hayes. She was a loving mother and wife to her family. She liked to spend time in her camper and enjoyed her pets.
Cheri is survived by her husband, Charles Clinard; a son, Robert Sterling Clinard and his wife, Kelly, and their children, Jacob and Joseph all of Clarence, NY; a brother, David Hayes, of Moravian Falls, NC; and two sisters, Deanna Wilkinson and Patricia Drum of Lincoln County, NC.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her daughter, Shelly Clinard, in 1999.
Services will be held at a future date.
