Mr. Tillman was born August 19, 1970 in Houston, Texas. He was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Michael Desfonds and a sister, Denise Desfonds.
Survivors include his mother, Janice Ward of Boiling Spring Lakes; five brothers, Robert Coombs of Alabama, David Desfonds of Ocean Isle, Joseph Desfonds Jr. of Leland, John Desfonds of Florida, and Benjamin Desfonds of Boiling Spring Lakes; and one sister, Mary Edwards of Winnabow.
A memorial service will be 2pm Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Peacock-Newnam & White Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel in Southport.
