Mr. Brock was born May 26, 1951 in Fayetteville, son of the late Carl and Josie Brock. Larry enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Bear Pen Hunting Club and the Oak Island Moose Lodge. He loved his dogs, cooking, and grilling.
He is survived by his two children, Karen Wehlage and husband Josh, and Larry A. Brock, Jr. and wife Kimberly; five grandchildren, Rachel Wehlage, Noah Wehlage, and Alisha Wehlage, Gregor Brock, and Kylie Brock; and two sisters, Jerry Worley and husband Richard, and Connie Outlaw and husband JL.
Mr. Brock was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Brock; and a brother, Bo Brock.
A celebration of his life will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 in the Peacock - Newnam & White Funeral Home Chapel. The family will have visitation prior to the service from 2:00 to 3:00 pm.
