Lynne Theresa Connor

Lynne was born May 25, 1955 in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of the late Edward and Edna Alahverde Connor. She was sister of the late Diane Connor. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BS degree in biology. Lynne resided in Chesterbrook, PA, Princeton, NJ, London, England, and Marietta, GA. After graduating from college she worked for Batelle Laboratories, WL Gore, and other prominent scientific companies. She also was a real estate broker with Keller Williams from 1999 to 2015 in Marietta, GA. Lynne loved traveling, including sailing in the Greek Isles, snorkeling in the Cayman Islands, and touring vineyards in Italy. Upon retirement, she moved to St. James Plantation and was active in social clubs, dining and art events, concerts at Woodlands Park, and had many close friends.

She is survived by cousins, Stephen A. Alahverde and wife Helene, Armen Alahverde, Jr., Ronald J. Agasar and wife Elizabeth K., Joseph D. Alahverde and wife Maria, James F. Agasar and wife Mary Jane, and Dan Shoman; and her other extended family members.

A celebration of her life will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 22, 2023 in the Peacock - Newnam & White Funeral Home Chapel.
