Born in Hurley, Virginia, Rose Mary was employed as a Trust Operations Officer at Dominion Trust Company in Roanoke, Virginia. She continued her employment in various financial and medical services roles after moving to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1993 with her husband, David.
Although raised in her beloved Appalachian Mountains, Rose Mary was also a beach lover and retired to Oak Island, North Carolina in 2016 where she spent the final chapter of her life. She was known by all as a kind and loving soul who enjoyed a good book or romantic movie. A passionate advocate for human, civil, women's and animal rights, she will be dearly missed by all that came to know and love her.
