Sheila Sexton, 63 formerly of Verona, New York passed away unexpectantly at her home in North Carolina on February 25. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Lamb of Verona who had relocated to North Carolina in 1996. Sheila had worked in the nursing profession and at the Turning Stone Casino prior to moving to North Carolina.
She is survived by her brother Charles (Sheryl) Lamb of North Carolina and her sister Barbara Frank of Tennessee. Also surviving are her sons Jeremy (Erik) Sexton of North Carolina, Frank (Mary) Sexton and grandchildren Robert and Ceta Sexton of New York, as well as nieces Andrea, Jennifer and Ashley. She was predeceased by her sister Luanne of Arizona.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to your local humane society.
