Mr. Haley was born January 14, 1952 in England. Vince was retired from the US Army, having served 20 years. He served in the Vietnam Conflict, Kuwait, Afghanistan Conflict, and Iraq. Vince was a Police Officer at the Oak Island Police Department and the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office Animal Protective Services. Later, he worked in the electronics department in the Southport Walmart, from where he recently retired.
Survivors include his wife, Eva Gayle Haley; a sister in London, England, Vanda Haley; and her two children.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Gail Haley and Donna Haley.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 am at Saturday, August 9, 2025 in the Peacock - Newnam & White Funeral Home Chapel.
