Edward Liebenhaut

Edward “Eddie” Liebenhaut, age 75, passed from this world surrounded by love on February 24, 2026.

Eddie was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Rozanne, and a proud father to Natalie and Matt, and cherished father-in-law to Cindel. Nothing brought him more joy than being “Papa” to Hatch, Wilder, Finn, and Brielle. His grandchildren were the light of his life, and he wore the title of Papa with pride, love, and a playful spirit.

He was known for his warmth and playful nature. He had a gift for making people feel seen and appreciated. His wit, generous spirit, and ability to find joy in small moments left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. In his later years, even as health challenges arose, he continued to bring light and humor into the lives of those around him. He remained deeply engaged with his children and grandchildren, taking pride in their accomplishments and never missing an opportunity to encourage them.

He is survived by his twin brother, Mike (Wendy), his younger brother, Fred (Robyn), sister and brother-in-law Bonnie and Steve, Uncle Bob, and many wonderful nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his mother, Annette, his father, Martin, and his brother, Steve.

Funeral Services will be held at Menorah Gardens & Funeral Chapels, 21100 West Griffin Road, Southwest Ranches, FL 33332, US, on March 1, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am.

Committal will take place at Menorah Gardens & Funeral Chapels, 21100 West Griffin Road, Southwest Ranches, FL 33332, US, on March 1, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am.
