Anthony Gargano

Anthony Gargano, 77, of Sparta, New Jersey died at his home on June 4, 2010. Anthony was born in Brooklyn, New York and lived in Sparta for the past 6 years. He was a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus in Brooklyn for many years. Anthony worked as an administrator for Mobil Oil in New York City for many years. He is survived by his beloved wife Marion (nee Moraldo) Gargano, devoted son James Gargano and his wife Lesley, devoted daughter JoAnn Haddad and her husband Joseph; beloved grandchildren Justin, Jessica, Kyle, Josh, Jake, and Brooke. Anthony was predeceased by his sister Laura Bonvisutto and his brother Vincent Gargano. Friends may call Sunday, June 6th, 2010 from 2-4, 7-9pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta, NJ 07871. A funeral mass will be held Monday, June 7, 2010 at 10am at Blessed Kateri Church, 427 Stanhope Road, Sparta, NJ. Interment will follow at Sparta Cemetery.
