Branchville, NJ- Edna Ruth Bergdahl passed into eternal life on Wednesday June 25, 2014. She was 93. Edna was born Nov 30, 1920 in Huntington, LI, New York to Edgar and Helen (Bennett) Scudder. She resided in Long Island, Staten Island, Sparta, NJ and Etowah, NC. She was predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Chandler C. Bergdahl in 2011. She is survived by one brother: Harold Scudder of Bombay, NY, a daughter Diane Karl (Tim) and a son: Rev. C. Clifford Bergdahl (Char) of Hillingdon, England. 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. In keeping with her wishes, there are no services.
