Julie Ann Tozzo, of Sparta, NJ, died unexpectedly on April 25, 2022. Julie was only 56 years old. Her family and loved ones are deeply saddened and shocked by her sudden death. Julie was born on July 27th 1965, grew up in Fairfield, NJ attended West Essex Regional High School and CW Post University in Long Island.
Julie was part owner of her family’s business Lynnes Auto Group where she worked since she was a teenager. She poured her heart and soul into the business which showed to all customers and coworkers.
In recent years, Julie spent a lot of time volunteering with non-profit organization Profectum, where she eventually became a board member. She spent much of her free time out on the lake, playing golf, and traveling. She loved to laugh and have fun, and was always ready for anything.
Everyone who knew her knew how generous she was. Julie was full of positivity and encouragement, traits that were obvious even after just a single meeting with her. She was exceedingly caring and she touched many people’s hearts. Julie would become your biggest supporter and personal cheerleader, and knew how to encourage someone to be their best. A genuine trailblazer, she did not fit into any molds and was certainly not bound by any predetermined “rules”.
Julie is survived by her dedicated boyfriend Joseph Palmieri, her father Dominick Tozzo, brother Steven Tozzo and niece Domenique Tozzo-Rule and an abundance of friends that she loved like family. We will miss her more than words can say.
Donations made in lieu of flowers will be used to honor Julie's favorite causes. Julie was a passionate supporter of autism programs and was involved with both Celebrate the Children School and the Profectum Foundation. She generously volunteered at Celebrate the Children working with the students and sat on the Board of Directors for Profectum for many years.
