

Born in New Brunswick to Mary (Chibbaro) and Joseph Dolci, he was a graduate of New Brunswick High School, University of South Carolina, Rutgers University, and Middlebury College.
He was an honorably discharged Army Veteran of the Korean War.
As an educator, he taught at Franklin High School and Wallkill Valley Regional High School for 30 years before retiring in 1986. For 20 years thereafter, he was a substitute teacher at Sparta High School.
He was an avid world traveler and loved to entertain others in his Sparta home of 50 years.
Martin leaves behind his sister, Ann, and her two daughters, Kathy and Patty; his brother, Tony, his wife Patti, and their son Michael; and many former students and colleagues.
Martin was a wonderful son, brother, friend, and well-respected man who will be sorely missed.
Cremation will be held privately and a memorial service will be scheduled in the near future. In lieu of flowers or charitable giving, please honor Martin’s memory by giving the gift of time to someone you care for and love.
