Thomas J Hyde

Thomas J. Hyde, 75, of Ogdensburg, NJ died at Morristown Memorial Hospital, on November 18, 2011. Thomas was a graduate of Franklin High School, class of 1953 and served his country proudly in the US Air Force. He worked as a human resource manager in the benefits department at Ames Rubber Corp. in Hamburg, NJ. Thomas was a licensed water operator for the Ogdensburg Water department and he worked for John McGowan LLC, well water compliance at several sites in Sussex Co. He was a former member of the Ogdensburg Town Council, past member of the Ogdensburg Board of Education, and an exempt member of the Ogdensburg Fire Department. Thomas is survived by his beloved wife Barbara (nee Lynch) Hyde, devoted daughter Shelley Masker of Branchville , NJ, sister-in-law Sharon Hoor and brother-in-law Bradley Lynch. Friends may call Monday, November 21, 2011 from 7-9pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta, NJ 07871. A funeral service will be held at 10:30am Tuesday at the funeral home.
