David (Shane) Matthews passed away 1-7-2018. He is survived by his mom Patricia Matthews, sister-in-law Marge Matthews, niece Katy Matthews, nephew Josh Matthews, and foster sister Pam (Keith) Arnzen. He was preceded in death by his father Perry Matthews, brothers Kerry Matthews, and Garrett Matthews.
A memorial service will be held at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, 1306 N. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA 99206 on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
