Dolores Kay Weber

Died peacefully at St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood, Washington, on Sunday, September 25, 2011, at the age of 69. Dolores was born in Opportunity, WA (now Spokane Valley, WA) to Herbert D. and Irene J. (Fisher) Howell. She was raised in Post Falls, Idaho, and Spokane (Hillyard), WA. She attended Rogers and Post Falls High Schools. Dolores met and married John Schmauder, of Monroe, WA and together they raised 3 children. Many years later, she met and married Dave Weber of Illinois. She worked for many tire companies in the Seattle area. Dolores was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Howell; grandparents- Lee and Maggie Howell, Ralph and Icie Fisher; and great-grandmother S.J. “Ma” Brookshire, all homesteaders in the Post Falls, Idaho, area. Dolores is survived by her mother, Irene J. Howell (Fisher), two siblings, Yvonne Denton (Howell), Spokane Valley, WA, and Diane Walker (Howell) Clarkston, WA, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her son, Bryan C. Schmauder (Evelina) Lakewood, WA, grandson, T.W. Petersen (Brandie) great-grandchildren-Nicail Black and William Stubblefied, all of Hurricane, Utah; granddaughter, Trista Petersen, Lakewood, WA; son, Kirk D. Schmauder (Cindy), grandchildren – Derek Schmauder and Rachel Schmauder, all of Everett, WA; daughter, Cordette C. Campbell (Kevin), grandchildren – Brendlyne Campbell and Ceilidh Campbell, of Tacoma, WA. Funeral services will be held on October 8, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Pleasant View Church, 19459 W. Riverview Drive, Post Falls, Idaho 83854
