Born on May 26, 1932 in Modesto, California, Fay lived a vibrant life marked by her energetic spirit and her ability to brighten any room—often with a joke that made her grandchildren blush and her friends roar with laughter. In her younger years, Fay was a formidable force on the racquetball court and in later life, an avid bowler, bringing the same competitive energy to the lanes that she did to all areas of her life.
She is survived by her sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren, who will fondly remember her quick wit, scandalous sense of humor, and the way she could "get the 7-10 split" in both bowling and life. She will be missed immensely, but her family takes comfort in knowing she lived 93 years on her own terms.
Per her adamant instructions—because she certainly didn’t want anyone telling her what to do at her own funeral—there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, tell a joke or two and share a drink with a friend in her honor. Until we meet again, Fay.
