Frances is survived by her son, Ronald Berg; her three stepsons, Butch, Ronald (wife Marlene), and Richard McCartney; numerous grandchildren, whom she loved dearly; her siblings, Robert Osborne, Shirley Donder, and James Osborne.
Frances was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles McCartney; her daughter, Alice ("Tyne") Schreck; her step-son, Dwayne McCartney; and her granddaughter, Ronda Berg.
Service will be held Friday, June 14th, 2013 at 1:00pm at the Pines Cemetery Mausoleum, 1402 S. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA.
Grave site memorial service to follow.
