Marilee was born on October 9, 1939, in Spokane, WA. She was the middle child of 3 children from Jack and Francis (Reagan) Syler. Marilee loved growing up with her older sister Sharon. They were mostly inseparable along with their younger brother Ron. Birthdays and Holidays were a family highlight with traditions that continued for many years.
Marilee was a loving wife of the late Jerry Eslick (November 2016). Her and Jerry were the best of friends and inseparable. They were the perfect parents of 3 wonderful children Jeff Eslick, Jody (Smith) Eslick, and Shelley Eslick-Watkins.
Marilee lived her life for others and dedicated her days spending time helping raise their Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She brought a smile to everyone she encountered, loved spending time with her family, and was well known in the Spokane community.
Marilee was an incredibly hard worker. She spent over 20 years at Old National Bank where she retired. On many a day, she could be found running errands for her parents, family members, and friends. She loved going for drives, and loved her pizza. She was an amazing baker, and it was pretty much a guarantee when you visited her at her home there were fresh baked cookies to be had.
Marilee is survived by Sharon (Syler) McInerney, Ron & Patti Syler, Jeff & Patty Eslick, Jody (Eslick) Smith, Shelley (Eslick) & Chuck Watkins, 6 Grandchildren and 15+1 Great Grandchildren.
