

Vernon "Terry" Hatch, age 77, longtime resident of Spokane Valley, WA. Passed away on November 1, 2021 at Sacred Heart Medical Center from complications of pneumonia. He was born in Everson, WA to Howard Vernon Hatch and Isabelle (Baird) Hatch, on July 22, 1944.
He was raised in Bellingham, WA and graduated from Mt. Baker High School in 1962. He then went to Art School in Seattle for two years. He went into the Air Force in 1965 and was honorably discharged in 1969. Most of his career he worked as an artist and a graphic artist. Most recently he was self-employed and his company was called Solutions NW.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Marilyn Hatch. He is also survived by his children, Kevin Hatch of the Spokane Valley, Kathi Selimshayev of Meridian, ID, Erin (Nick Aguilar) Rodriguez, of Spokane Valley and two step-sons who he raised from the time they were little. Chad (Heather) Coy of Post Falls, ID and Terry (Rachelle) Coy of Parrish, FL.; brother Steve Hatch, of Bellingham, WA and sister, Kim (Terry) Jorgensen of Roseville, CA. He is also survived by his mother, Isabelle (Dewey) Fryer of Bellingham, WA. He had 10 grandchildren, Garrett, Jaydn, Sterling, Raymond, Skyann, Peyton, Micheal, Mason, Layla and Ellie, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He loved all of his family.
The Celebration of life funeral will take place at Bible Baptist Church, 11111 E 16th Ave, Spokane Valley at 11:00am on Saturday, November 6, 2021.
