Cummings, Annette Marie (Age 49) Passed away on January 5, 2011 in Spokane, WA. Annette was born on January 1, 1962 in San Mateo, CA. She married in 1985 and moved to Spokane with her family in 1993. She and her husband opened Cookies by Design in 1994. She was the bookkeeper and helped to run the business for the last 16 years. Annette loved to spend time in the kitchen and sitting by her pool in the summer. She is survived by her husband, John Cummings; daughter, Kelly Cummings; and son, Dustin Cummings; brother, Kenny Souza, Jr.; sister, Michelle Kaldem; uncle, Jim and aunt Jeannie Palmer. She was preceded by her father, Kenneth Souza, and mother Sandra Lee Palmer. Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at Ball & Dodd Funeral Home. Funeral Service at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, January 13, 2011. Interment Fairmount Memorial Park.
