David Graham LaFord

David Graham LaFord passed away November 13, 2015, at age 47. He is survived by his loving wife, Heidi, daughter Heather (Richard) Houston, son Nicholas LaFord, four grandchildren, Brooklynn, Braxton, Bryson and Bristol, mother Maryann LaFord, father Arthur (Pat) LaFord, brother Craig LaFord, nephews Ryne, Corey and Casey, brother Bryan LaFord, nephew Trevor, niece Nicole, sister, Kelli (Chris) McKinney, niece Rachelle, great-niece Olivia, niece Jenna and nephew Brandon. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wade & Cecil Kimball and Clarence & Blanche LaFord, and his uncle Cal Kimball.

David was a family man who never missed an opportunity to be with his family. He loved to joke around – a prankster he was. His laughter was contagious. He brought a smile to everyone’s face. He loved motorcycles, float trips at the North Fork, and barbequing with family and friends. He was known for his generosity, work ethic and lust for life. He sadly was taken from us after a year long battle with cancer. He will always be loved and missed. The world was a better place with him in it.

The Memorial Service will be at 2:00pm on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, 1306 North Pines Road.
