Donald Julius Thomas

Donald attended Wallace High School, where his friendly trustworthiness earned him the role of senior class President. Donald was a responsible, and dedicated man, who had a fulfilling career in the grocery business, spanning 48 years. Donald enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, and helping Connie in the garden. He was known for his immense kindness, leaving a lasting impact on those around him.

Don is survived by his loving wife, Connie Thomas; his son, Daniel (Louise) Thomas; brothers, twin brother, Ron Thomas, and younger brother Richard (Sharon) Thomas; grandchildren, Joshua, Lauren, and Jonathan Thomas; his stepchildren and step-grandchildren, and many extended family and friends who will miss his easy laugh and kind demeanor. Don was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Dorothy Thomas; brother, Leroy Thomas; sister-in-law, Joyce Thomas; and his nephews, Mark and Mike Thomas.

A funeral to celebrate Donald's life will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 2:30pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints: 4014 S. Bowdish Rd., Spokane, WA 99206.
