Jacob Richard Clarke

Jacob was born on August 2, 1984 to Harold and Heidi Clarke in Spokane, WA. After Jacob graduated from Shadle Park High School in 2003, he went on to Washington State University and Eastern Washington University.

Jacob loved the outdoors, watersports, and playing frisbee with his brothers. He was naturally athletic and worked as a lifeguard in high school. If he wasn't working he would be found at his family lake house swimming and wakeboarding. Jacob had a playful spirit that his nieces adored and he was always up for any game. He loved music and movies and enjoyed listening to a variety of great artists and sharing his favorite movie recommendations. He was an Eagle Scout and a bright, sensitive person who loved his friends and relatives.

Jacob was predeceased by his daughter Marleigh Elise Clarke. He is survived by his parents Harold and Heidi Clarke and and his siblings, Katie Windle (Paul), Ben Clarke (Heidi), and Ethan Clarke (Christa) and his six nieces.

A gathering to remember Jacob will be held at the Southside Senior Center, 3151 E. 27th Ave., on Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 2-4pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Childhood Cancer Coalition (www.cccnw.org) in memory of his daughter, Marleigh.
