

She was born on May 1, 1940 in Reardan, Washington to Clarence and Lorraine Rattray.
She attended school at Four Mound Prairie and Reardan High School.
Joyce is survived by her brother, Larry Rattray. Sons; Dale, Mike, and Brett Rogers. Daughters; Linda Higgins, Shelly Jones, and Beckey Tsoumpas. Her 27 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
For decades, Joyce was an avid volunteer with a whole lot of heart to share amongst others including; member at Foresters working with the Spokane Arena and rest stops, member of the Four Mound Prairie Homemakers Club, Gideon Meal cook & server at Spokane Friend's Church, and craft show coordinator and host of Reardan Mule Days.
She was an avid bowler, a dedicated crafter, and had a wanderlust for travel. Amongst her travels, she joined craft shows throughout Washington state, surrounded by friends and family.
One of her many joys was being a grandma, a great grandma, and a great great grandma. Thankful that she had the opportunity to see many generations in her lifetime.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Lorraine Rattray. Siblings, Jeanette Eaton and Wayne Rattray. Ex-husbands, Larry and Tom and her granddaughter, Michelle.

A memorial service for Joyce will be held Saturday, February 17th, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Spokane Friend's Church 1612 W. Dalke Ave. Spokane, WA 99205. A final resting place will occur at West Greenwood Cemetery, Spokane, Washington.
In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to the Parkinson's foundation.
