Pammy is survived by two sisters: Becky Spring (Mindy) of Seattle, Washington, and Wendy McIntyre of Spokane, Washington, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pammy's home for 59 years was Lakeland Village, Medical Lake, Washington. She was well-loved by her many caregivers in Tamarack Cottage, where she passed.
