

Went to be with the Lord May 11, 2011. He was born October 13, 1930 in Palouse, WA to Roscoe and Irene (Clear) Tribbett. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and worked for many years as bakery supervisor for Buttrey’s Foods. Swede is survived by his three children, Rob Tribbett of Kennewick, WA, Ina Clouner of Casper, WY, Ken Tribbett of Spokane; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and two sisters, Sandy Kresge of Wilkes Barre, PA and Eileen Calcut of Florence, SC. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Lois Tribbett (2010). Swede will be remembered as a strong Christian who was dedicated to his family and his work. Please join the family for a memorial service at 11:00 am on Friday, May 20, 2011 at Driscoll Boulevard Baptist Church, 4815 N. Driscoll Blvd. in Spokane. Inurnment with military honors will follow at the Eastern Washington State Veterans Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted with Hazen & Jaeger Funeral home, 1306 N. Monroe St.
