Ruth J. Morris

She graduated from the Nursing Program at St. Luke's Hospital in Spokane, WA in 1953. She met her husband, Eldon D. Morris and they were married on November 3, 1956. They raised their three children, Scott, Vicki and Jerry in Spokane. She had a long nursing career in Spokane and Alaska. When she and her family moved to Seattle, WA she changed her career and became the bookkeeper for her husband's business until their retirement in 1998.

She is survived by her husband, Eldon; children, Scott (Debbie), Vicki and Jerry (Karen) and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. in the Hazen & Jaeger's Alwin Chapel, 1306 N. Monroe Street, Spokane. A visitation will precede the funeral service from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park, Spokane.
