Thomas Alexander Crowley, 86, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2025, at his home in Spokane, WA., surrounded by his loving family. "Tom" was the youngest of seven children of Daniel and Marie Crowley. Born on May 1, 1939, Tom began life in the month of May which is the month of hope when all things seem possible. Tommy's winning smile and easy-going nature gathered many friends at St. Aloysius Grade School and Gonzaga Prep High School.
Tom's work ethic helped him throughout his many careers in retail, eventually finding his way to real estate. As a broker, he opened his own company, Crowley Realty, which he grew to over 80 agents. Tom was proud of the training his agents received and took the time to mentor them throughout their careers. He served as President of the Spokane Board of Realtors in 1996 and was Realtor of the Year in 1997. Tom's hobbies included teaching courses such as public speaking, human relations, sales, and management. He was a friend of Bill W. for 39 years and a great friend to many in his community. Some of his best days were spent with family and friends on Lake Coeur D' Alene, Marshall Lake and traveling with his family both around the US and abroad. He loved golfing, camping and making breakfast for his family on his prized Coleman Kitchen.
Tom is survived by his wife of 39 years, Toni Boggan. Tom was the proud father of six children including, Ann Marie (John) Underhill, Tom (Bonnie) Crowley, Jr., Seanna (Kell) Bodholt, Rob (Marie) Crowley, Sarah Crowley, and Danielle Crowley. He is survived by nine grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; three sisters, Ann Marie Owens, Helen Cheek, and Patti Roy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Spokane and our many friends and family members who supported us during Tom's final months. Your help made Tom's goal of staying at home possible.
Tom was an inspiration to many in his family and his community. His fierce determination and forever optimism taught many of us his biggest life lesson: Just show up. A memorial mass will be held for Tom on June 20 at 1pm at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Spokane, Washington.
