Virginia Louise Moses

Virginia was born on December 9th, 1930 in Okanogan, WA. She graduated from Rodger's High School in Spokane, WA in 1948. At the age of 18, she married Edward J. Moses on October 16th, 1949. Together they had six children and enjoyed 73 years of marriage before Ed passed away on February 14th, 2022 at the age of 102. Virginia loved the time they spent as a family in England while Edward was an Officer serving in the USAF. She often told stories about their time there.

Virginia enjoyed turning any front or back yard into a flower garden fit for a Thomas Kinkaide painting. Every spring and summer her friends and children will remember her excitement when all the flowers would start to bloom. She filled every pot and piece of dirt she could see with flowers. Virginia was kind,

caring, a good mother and generous to a fault. Virginia is survived by four of her children, eleven grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren: Edward Moses Jr., his wife Kathy, their children and grandchildren: Tonja Wilcox (Conner and Jared), Greg & Tara Moses (Rachelle). Marty Moses, his wife Sheila and their children: Marty Jr. & Kyla Moses (Marty Moses III, Tyra, Michael and Matthew) Brian Moses, Stephanie Moses & John Hebert (Paxton and Charlotte) Mava Terhaar (Dennis/deceased), their children and grandchildren: Gunner & Bonnie Terhaar (Kayleen), Hunter Terhaar. James Moses his children and grandchildren: John Moses, Alicia Hanshaw (her 5 children) and Laura Moses (Deceased) who left behind Summer and Dysten.

A small family graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 11th at 10:30am at Fairmount Memorial Park
