Mr. Bayley enjoyed tinkering on cars, working in an apple grove, and listening to rock 'n' roll music.
Mr. Bayley is survived by: his wife, Betty Bayley; his daughters Cheri Bayley and Wanda Newsum; and stepchildren Lisa Oakes and Bob Simmons. He is preceded in death by: his mother, Della Bayley, and his sisters Lorena Thomas and Jaima Lamonte.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 pm on March 13, 2026, at Colbert Church of Christ, 16205 N Yale Rd, Colbert, WA 99005.
