

Karen Marie Gumler was born on August 24, 1963, in Chicago, Illinois to parents Paul and Dolores (Raskow) Gumler. She attended and graduated from St. Tarcisscis in Chicago and was a member of Our Lady of Mercy. On June 14, 1986, she was united in marriage to Harry Harwell in LaMarque, TX, and she worked at Weiners Department Store. In 2001 the couple moved to Spooner where she worked at various places including Jack Links, Kwik Trip, Wal-Mart, and most recently at Red Cross Pharmacy. Karen enjoyed drawing, reading, cooking, and fishing.
Karen is survived by her husband Harry, children: David (Amber) Harwell of Eau Claire, WI, Jessica Harwell of Spooner, WI, grandson Hayden Harwell of Eau Claire, WI, brothers and sister: Patricia Stuecklen of Trego, WI, Richard (Patti) Gumler of Chicago, IL, Michael (Harriett) Gumler of Quinlan, TX, and other family members: Dee Dee Abernathy, Glenda Boatwright, Joe Harwell, Jimmy Harwell, Michael Harwell, Franklin Bilbrey, Mason Gumler, Paul Gumler, and Tray Rutherford.
Karen is preceded in death by her parents, and grandmother Florence Raskow, and brother in law Edward Stuecklen.
