Robert F. Harmon

Robert Harmon was born on March 29, 1935, in Spooner, Wisconsin to parents Foster and Iva May (Swonger) Harmon. He moved around the area with his family until in 1950, when they moved to Delavan, Wisconsin, where Robert attended the Wisconsin School for the Deaf. Robert was a skilled carpenter and worked this trade for most of his life.

Robert is survived by his son Steven Austin of California, his grandson Matthew Austin and his family of Minnesota, sister May (Anton) Olson of Spooner, brother in law Chet Peterson of Spooner, nephews and nieces: Donald Peterson, April (Kevin) Morse all of Spooner, Alfred (Fay) Olson of Haugen, and several great and great-great nephews and nieces.

Funeral services for Robert Harmon will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013, at 7pm, at the Dahl Funeral Home with Pastor Jack Starr officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, from 6-7 pm, at the Funeral Home. A spring interment will be held at the Rocky Ridge Cemetery.
