Ms. Aubrey Lee Vigneault

Aubrey Lee Vigneault, age 32, of Spring Hill, FL. died on Thursday, April 9, 2015 in Oak Hill Hospital. Aubrey was born on February 23, 1983, in Springfield, MA, to Dennis and Carol (Mangan) Vigneault. Aubrey and her family moved to Spring Hill in 1988 from Ludlow, MA. She was a 2001 graduate of Springstead High School where she excelled in Basketball, Softball, and Volleyball. Aubrey also a Black belt in Karate, studying at Kauffman’s Karate in Spring Hill. She won the US Open Karate Championship in Orlando, as a Brown Belt. Following High School, Aubrey received a scholarship to St. Leo University. Aubrey worked for Spring Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center, in Brooksville, as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and was a student at Kaiser College in New Port Richey, FL., studying for her Registered Nursing Degree. Aubrey’s true love in nursing was caring for Alzheimer’s’ patients. During her education Aubrey also received certificates as a Dental Assistant and for teaching, and she worked for a time at the Gulf Coast Academy, in Spring Hill, as the Activities Director. Aubrey was Roman Catholic by faith, and enjoyed going to Zumba class. Aubrey is survived by her loving parents, Dennis and Carol A. Vigneault of Spring Hill, FL. brother, Brian Vigneault and sister, Valerie Vigneault, both of Palmer, MA. as well as numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is also survived by her favorite cat, Bubbles. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, May 1, 2015 at the Turner Funeral Homes, Spring Hill Drive Chapel, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609, from 3-4 PM. A Sharing Celebration will take place at 4 PM, with all family and friends asked to share a special remembrance of Aubrey. Following the service, a catered reception will be held at the funeral home and her family asks that all stay and share continued fellowship with them.
