Carrol is survived by his loving Wife Julia, his Daughter Lorna "Lori", Brother Jerry (Valerie) Cook. Carrol is also survived by his twin Granddaughters Caitlin and Amanda (Lance) Cook. Carrol is also survived by his Step-Son Bryan (Giselle) Pullara, and his children Wesley and Quinn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and loved ones, including his 4 legged daughters Lolly and Colleen.
Carrol is predeceased by his brother Rodger Blevins.
Carrol was retired from Florida Power. He spent his retirement traveling the United States. He had a love of life and a friendly smile for all. At his request there will be no Funeral but a private Graveside Service.
